Refund Policy

All tuition, memberships, class fees, and program fees are non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, or prorated tuition will be issued for:

• Missed classes or absences
• Illness or schedule conflicts
• Voluntary withdrawal from classes or programs

If Shine Cheer cancels a class or program, a make-up class, class credit, or alternative arrangement may be offered at Shine Cheer’s discretion.

Fees related to uniforms, pom-poms, costumes, performances, festivals, workshops, or special events may be non-refundable once ordered, purchased, or committed.
