Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shine Cheer! By registering for classes, workshops, programs, performances, or events, participants and parents/guardians agree to the following terms and policies.

Payments & Tuition

• Tuition is charged monthly and is non-refundable, including missed classes, absences, illness, schedule conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal.
• Shine Cheer operates as a cashless program. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during registration.

Attendance & Class Requirements

Participants should arrive on time and prepared for class.

Required items may include:
• Athletic shoes and comfortable workout clothing
• Clothing that appropriately covers undergarments
• A water bottle
• A towel if needed
• Any items announced in advance by Shine Cheer

Pom-poms, uniforms, costumes, and other cheer-related items may be introduced in the future and may require an additional fee. Shine Cheer will communicate approved or designated items and may coordinate group purchases for consistency.

Participation in performances, showcases, festivals, or special events may require additional participation fees.

Safety & Participation

Participation in dance, cheer, rehearsals, performances, and related activities involves physical movement and inherent risks, including injury.

By participating, parents/guardians acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

Shine Performance LLC, its instructors, staff, contractors, volunteers, and hosting facilities are not responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, or property loss occurring during classes, rehearsals, performances, or related activities.

Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining appropriate medical and/or accident insurance coverage for their child.

Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, or events for educational and promotional purposes, including use on Shine Cheer’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

• Media will be used respectfully
• Participant names or private information will not be publicly shared
• Parents/guardians may withdraw media permission in writing at any time

Additional waivers or signed agreements may be required for certain programs, performances, or events.
